1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Kiss Login platform — whether through the website at kisslogin.win or our official mobile app – you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the kiss login management team. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use our platform. Continued use following any amendments to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use kiss login services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Never been declared bankrupt or currently undergoing an active debt management process
• Never been banned or suspended from any gaming platform for fraud or misconduct

Kiss Login reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time. If any member is found not to meet these eligibility requirements, their account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice and any existing balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the kiss login platform at any one time. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or bank card information is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or passport
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Correct date of birth for age verification

An identity verification (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include a copy of your identity card and proof of bank account ownership. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect the security of your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy:

• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
• Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering
• Sharing account login credentials with other parties

8Account Suspension & Closure

Kiss Login reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Identity verification (KYC) failed or information could not be verified
• Suspicious activity indicative of money laundering or fraud
• Request from an authority or law enforcement agency
• Accounts inactive beyond the specified period

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all security checks are completed, provided there are no active bets or unfulfilled bonus conditions.

9Liability Limits

Kiss Login shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the following situations:

• Service interruptions or downtime caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses resulting from the use of login credentials that were shared or stolen by a third party
• Transaction processing delays caused by banks or payment providers
• Disputed game outcomes based on a misunderstanding of the game rules
• Losses arising from investment decisions made based on information available on the platform

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kiss login's maximum liability to any member is limited to the value of the most recent deposit made by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendment
